Adecco US, Inc. is assisting a local manufacturer in Hamilton, OH in hiring a Saw Setup Operator.

The role involves setting up and operating saw equipment according to blueprints and production requirements, inspecting products with calipers and tape measures, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of saw operation experience and a high school diploma or technical training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of saw operation equipment experience.
• High school diploma, GED or Technical school.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate saw equipment according to blueprints, shop orders, and production requirements.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and squares.
• Maintain production standards while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Perform machine adjustments, blade and ram setup, and material loading.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Perform basic daily maintenance and equipment checks.
• Identify and report quality or production issues, stopping operations when necessary to ensure compliance.
• Rework non-conforming products when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with training new employees and support other production areas as needed.
