Qualifications

Pursuing MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of plasma physics and semiconductor device physics.
Background in semiconductor failure analysis and material characterization like SEM, STEM, EDS, etc.
Understanding of material properties, interfaces, defects and failure mechanisms.
Familiarity with Python for scientific computing and data analysis.
Strong communication/listening skills.
Ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

Design experiments for surface acoustic wave filter process integration.
Optimize metal-to-metal interfaces for better ohmic losses and reliability.
Perform failure analysis of via interfaces using STEM, EDS, EELS and other metrology.
Collaborate with fab process engineers and lab technicians.
