Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Saw Operator Plant 1 in Elkhart, Indiana. You will operate saw equipment safely, read work orders, measure and cut materials to required dimensions, and inspect the finished cuts.

This role offers 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, a pay range of $17.00-$18.00 per hour, and opportunities to develop production skills in a supportive team environment with potential for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or saw operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Location: Elkhart, IN

Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
