Job summary

Superior Industries is seeking a motivated Saw Operator to join our team in Minnesota. You will cut materials according to blueprints, operate saws and related equipment, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We offer weekly pay, medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with 5% company match, boot reimbursement up to $125, and spot bonuses up to $100. Day shift: 5:00am–4:30pm Mon-Thu, 5:00am–11:00am Fri.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities

• Cut Materials: Precisely cut materials according to the specifications outlined in the blueprints.
• Operate Equipment: Skillfully operate saws, forklifts, and other necessary machinery.
• Ensure Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $19-$24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• 5:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, 5:00am - 11:00am Friday
