HireCall is seeking an experienced Saw Operator to join a busy pipe fabrication shop in Midtown Tulsa. The ideal candidate will have experience operating bandsaws, reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and using standard fabrication shop tools.

Responsibilities include operating bandsaws, measuring precisely, identifying pipe diameters and grades, reading fabrication drawings, and preparing pipe for fabrication while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Formación

• Experience operating saws in a pipe fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Accurate measurement using tape measures and calipers where required.

Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings. Cut, bevel, grind, and prepare pipe for fabrication. Safely operate shop equipment and hand tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Previous welding or pipe fabrication shop experience preferred. Must be proficient in reading a tape measure. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Knowledge of pipe sizes, material grades, and wall thicknesses. Experience operating pneumatic pipe bevelers, oxy/acetylene pipe bevelers, oxy/acetylene torches, plasma torches, die grinders, 4.5\" angle grinders, and drill presses. Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
