Clayton Homes is hiring a Saw Operator for the 2nd shift at the Haleyville, AL plant. You will operate, calibrate, and maintain saw equipment, while ensuring quality and timely production.

Responsibilities include reading job orders, assisting with setup, training coworkers, and upholding all safety policies in an outdoor-heavy environment. The role supports a collaborative production team and requires reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs on occasion.
• Outdoor work 90% of the time with exposure to weather, noise and dust.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain the saw as instructed.
• Cross-train for related tasks as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report variances.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area per policies.
• Interpret job orders and communicate progress to management.
