Clayton Homes is seeking a SBD Saw Operator for the 3rd shift to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on operating saw machinery, enabling production goals, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

You will be cross-trained to operate, set up, and maintain the saw, inspect outputs for quality, and report progress to Production Management. Clayton Homes offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• 90% of work to be performed in an outdoor environment subject to weather, noise, and dust.
• Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics.

Responsabilités

• Feed the saw and adjust based on requested dimensions.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Report work progress to Production Management.
• Coordinate with production management on daily goals, safety, and training.
• Operate equipment and train workers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety policies.
• Cross-train for operate, set up, and maintenance of saw.
• Performs other duties as required by management.
