Job summary

Superior Industries is seeking a precise, safety-minded Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will interpret blueprints, set up and operate saws, and safely cut materials to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering prints accurately.
• 1+ years of experience operating fabrication machinery.
• Able to measure 1/8” and 1/16” increments precisely.
• Open to coaching, continuous learning, and feedback.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine cutting dimensions and specifications.
• Layout and cut structural steel and raw materials as required by blueprints and orders.
• Set up and operate industrial saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Support production needs and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
