Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Saw Operator in Reading, PA for a Monday–Friday, 2pm–11pm schedule (training 7am–3:30pm). The role involves operating forklifts, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality through measurements.

Pay starts at $20/hour or more based on experience with opportunities for growth, plus weekly pay and temp-to-hire benefits. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, forklift familiarity, and strong mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Assist with machine setup and production processes.
• Perform quality checks on products and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support team production goals and company safety standards.
