As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.**Duties & Responsibilities:*** Reads order information to identify the correct order specification.* Operates Machinery.* Create specific pre-cut window parts depending on machine to operate and window specification.* Verifies dimensions of precut parts and accuracy of assembly, using tape measure* Lifts finished product with team member into a rolling cart. Pushes material cart of completed product to designated area.* Delivery finished product to other departments.* Cleans and maintains equipment and surrounding area.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Physical Requirements:*** Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, climb throughout the day.* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed.* Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per day with 2 – 20 minutes breaks in between.* Must be able to utilize machinery.* Must be able to lift and carry wood/window products.* Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.* Must be able to learn and follow company procedures and work instructions consistently.* Must be able to work in an extremely fast paces environment.* Must be able to work in extreme temperature* Must be able to work with my arms over head for extended period of time.Why Clayton?Full-time team members have the flexibility to create their own health, dental, and vision benefits package.
