Job summary

QuikCut LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Saw Operator to join our fabrication team in Fort Wayne. You will cut raw metal to exact specs, read blueprints, and inspect materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and safe operation.

This is a 2nd shift position with a $3/hour premium, weekly pay, overtime, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. You will work independently yet collaborate with the team to keep production moving.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial saws, band saws, circular saws, or other cutting equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when measuring and cutting materials.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, move, and position heavy metal materials.

Responsibilities

QuikCut is looking for detail-oriented metal Saw Operators to join our growing fabrication team. If you have experience operating saws in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment and take pride in precision work, we’d like to hear from you. As a metal Saw Operator, you’ll cut raw metal materials to exact specifications while ensuring quality, safety, and production requirements are met. You’ll play an important role in keeping our manufacturing process running efficiently and delivering accurate, high-quality components to the next stage of production.

What You’ll Do
