Canfor sawmill in DeRidder, LA is hiring a Knife Changer to maintain, repair and change knives used in sawmill machinery. You will help keep our knives sharp, well-maintained, and ready to tackle production tasks in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

This full-time night-shift role Monday–Friday with possible weekends requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and teamwork with mill operators to ensure peak performance and smooth production.

Qualifications

What you will do as a Knife Changer

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet.
