This position is an entry-level role involving slicing, dicing, chopping, mixing, assembly, and portioning of ingredients, as well as packing products, supporting production in the Savory department in alignment with Colectivo Coffee's Mission and Values.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Refer to the Daily Prep list at the start of each day.
• Understand and consistently comply with standard portion sizes, quality standards, kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, including tables, shelves, walls, and all equipment used for Daily Prep.
• Store food properly to prevent spoilage.
• After training, prepare all daily prep foods meeting specifications, including breakfast items.
• Uphold high standards of food quality during all kitchen functions.
• Perform all kitchen cleaning duties competently.
• Fill out and take responsibility for checklists.
• Work at an appropriate pace that meets company standards.
• Pack products based on orders, primarily during PM shift.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations.

Compensation: $15-$15 per hour
