Position Summary

This is an entry-level position involving slicing, dicing, chopping, mixing, assembly, and portioning of ingredients, as well as packing products. The role supports production in the Savory department, aligning with Colectivo Coffee’s Mission and Values.

Responsibilities include:

1. Following the Daily Prep list each day.
2. Understanding and adhering to standard portion sizes, quality standards, and kitchen policies.
3. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station.
4. Properly storing food to prevent spoilage.
5. Preparing daily prep foods, including breakfast items, after training.
6. Ensuring high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
7. Completing checklists accurately.
8. Working at an appropriate pace to meet company standards.
9. Packing products based on orders, primarily during the PM shift.
10. Following all safety and health regulations.

Requirements include effective communication skills, high school level reading and writing, strong organizational skills, physical ability to stand for extended periods, reach, pull, push, and lift at least 50 lbs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
