Job summary

Simeio is seeking a Lead Identity Engineer - Saviynt to lead architecture, design, and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise clients. This hands-on IAM leader will design scalable Saviynt-based IAM programs, guide customers through transformations, and actively participate in implementation and support activities.

The role requires deep Saviynt expertise, strong IAM background, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable IAM

Qualifications

• Deep expertise with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
• Strong background in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and deployment of Saviynt IGA solutions.
• Design identity lifecycle processes, access governance models, and provisioning strategies.
• Configure and support Saviynt capabilities including Access Requests, Certifications, Role Management, SoD, and Provisioning.
• Lead application onboarding and integration efforts using APIs, directories, and enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and drive platform optimization.
• Partner with customers to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and recommend IAM best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.
