Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking an IAM Onsite Lead to drive enterprise Identity and Access Management delivery from our Houston, TX site. The role focuses on governance, operations, and strategic guidance across IAM initiatives with direct client engagement.

You will lead onsite delivery, oversee incident/change management, and mentor teams across IAM technologies, ensuring alignment with security controls and SLAs.

• Serve as primary onsite liaison for client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Provide technical leadership across identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, PAM, authentication and identity federation.
• Support IAM transformation, audit, compliance, governance and security initiatives.
• Provide SME guidance for IAM technologies, solution designs and operational processes.

The IAM Onsite Lead will lead enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) service delivery, governance, and continuous improvement. This role serves as the primary onsite IAM point of contact, providing technical leadership, service oversight, client engagement, and strategic guidance across IAM operations and initiatives.

• Support IAM transformation, audit, compliance, governance, and security initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise for IAM technologies, solution designs, operational processes, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.
