Job summary

The Brixton Group is seeking an IAM Onsite Lead to drive enterprise Identity and Access Management delivery from our Houston, TX site. The role focuses on governance, operations, and strategic guidance across IAM initiatives with direct client engagement.

You will lead onsite delivery, oversee incident/change management, and mentor teams across IAM technologies, ensuring alignment with security controls and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years in enterprise IAM
• Strong experience leading IAM service delivery/operations teams
• Saviynt Identity Cloud / Saviynt IGA hands-on SME experience
• Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
• Governance & Access Governance
• RBAC
• PAM
• Authentication and authorization
• IAM incident, request, problem and change management
• ITIL-based service management
• Client-facing engagement and stakeholder management
• Onsite/offshore IAM teams leadership
• Executive governance meetings and escalation management

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IAM service delivery, ensuring SLAs and security controls.
• Oversee IAM incident, request, problem, and change management activities.
• Monitor service delivery metrics, KPIs, risks and corrective actions.
• Lead IAM teams through workload planning, mentoring and performance management.
• Serve as primary onsite liaison for client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.
• Provide technical leadership across identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, PAM, authentication and identity federation.
• Support IAM transformation, audit, compliance, governance and security initiatives.
• Provide SME guidance for IAM technologies, solution designs and operational processes.
