Job summary

Mungo Homes is seeking a Builder for the Savannah, GA market. The role involves maintaining construction schedules, coordinating with Purchasing, Estimating, Quality, and Production Management to resolve issues, inspecting sites for safety and quality, and ensuring timely inspections and paperwork.

The candidate will build relationships with the Production team, clients, and trade partners while pursuing required state licensure and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years relevant experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and KOVA software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule for each building according to a designated start schedule in assigned neighborhood(s).
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Estimating, Quality, Production Management and Land Development to resolve problems.
• Examine and inspect work progress to verify safety, construction and performance standards are met.
• Complete inspections on time and manage daily reporting, scheduling and payment approvals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Production team, customers/clients, and trade partners.
