Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or 1–2 years relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with KOVA software preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain build schedules for each home according to designated start timelines.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Estimating, Quality, Production Management and Land Development to resolve issues.
• Evaluate project costs and manage budgets, including POs and VPOs; report variances.
