Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental construction administration/management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

• Familiarity with environmental construction contracts and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project documentation including contracts, drawings, specs, and change orders.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and other project-related documents with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, meetings, and approvals.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure regulatory and standard compliance.
