Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional culinary experience.
• Experience working a sauté station in a high-volume setting (restaurant, hotel, country club).
• Culinary education or formal culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items following established recipes, specs, and presentation standards.
• Maintain proper timing and communicate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously while preserving quality and accuracy.
• Keep the sauté station stocked, clean, and safe; assist with production needs as required.
