You will operate stuffing equipment, load casings, and assist with quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role includes a 2nd shift differential and a strong commitment to safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Be respectful, approachable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand, leg or foot activated valve to stuff sausage into casings or molds.
• Position on sticks and hang product to trees or trucks.
• Check and set proper stuffer controls.
• Select and position proper stuffing horn.
• Soak and untie bundles of casings when necessary.
• Service stuffers and unload meat into stuffer.
• Operate stuffing machine and maintain rotation of duties.
