Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work well with others in fast-paced environment.
• Must be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Operate stuffing machine to fill sausages into casings or molds.
• Hang product on sticks and trees or trucks.
• Set stuffing controls and select proper horn.
• Soak and untie bundles of casings as needed.
• Service stuffers and unload meat into stuffer.
• Place casings on horns and rotate tasks on the production line.
