Select and position proper stuffing horn.* Soak and untie bundles of casings when necessary.* Service stuffers by bringing vats of meat to stuffer to dumpers and unloading meat into stuffer.* Place casings on horns of stuffers.* Operate stuffing machine, hang product, service stuffers, clean buckets, all part of rotation of jobs.* Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
