Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to transform the lives of children and families. You will address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a pediatric setting.

Flexible scheduling options include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities. Licensure in Texas and bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by start date.
  • 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy addressing speech, language, feeding and swallowing needs.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans for effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Qualifications and Responsibilities:
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date
  • 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
  • Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care
