Job summary

Bright Light Medical Imaging is seeking a CT Technologist for PRN Saturdays at our onsite Bedford Park location in Illinois. Responsibilities include patient history documentation, room preparation, precise imaging, contrast administration, and patient comfort throughout the procedure.

Candidate must be ARRT CT registered with radiography credentials, completion of a radiologic technology program, and CPR-BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiological technology program and/or accredited CT program.
• ARRT registered in radiography (CT specific registered preferred).
• IEMA licensure and CPR-BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Document the medical history prior to examination.
• Maintain room cleanliness, sterilize equipment and stock supplies.
• Position patient to obtain correct imaging while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administer aseptic injection technique for contrast.
• Explain CT process and address patient concerns to reduce anxiety.
