Job summary

Bright Light Medical Imaging is seeking an X-ray Technologist (PRN) for Saturdays in Bedford Park. The role requires general radiography skills, with preferred experience in IV placement and contrast administration to support CT/advanced imaging. On-site shift runs 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Saturdays, at our Bedford Park location.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT certification, Illinois licensure, a radiologic technology degree, and CPR-BLS. Join our team focused on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• ARRT Registered (Radiography) or equivalent.
• Illinois state licensure as Radiologic Technologist.
• Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program.
• CPR-BLS Certification.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams in accordance with physician orders.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain proper imaging quality and follow departmental protocols.
• Assist with patient positioning and equipment setup.
• IV placement and contrast administration preferred (for CT/advanced imaging support).
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records.
• Adhere to HIPAA and infection control standards.
