Qualifications

• At least 5 years of SATCOM experience or equivalent education/training.
• Experience managing and supporting iDirect Hub solutions.
• Security+ certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and satellite performance for Tier 1 and 2 support.
• Troubleshoot VSAT systems remotely via iDirect software.
• Prepare reports on network utilization and performance.
