Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to define, document, analyze, and execute tests for satellite components and systems. The role requires collaboration with design, development, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust integration and testing processes.

You will build, test, and deploy satellite hardware and software, troubleshoot defects, and develop comprehensive test plans and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Two years of experience with system integration and testing processes and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, development, and manufacturing engineers to implement and deploy test solutions for system configuration.
• Build, test, and deploy satellite hardware and software components.
• Troubleshoot problems to isolate defects at unit and system level.
• Develop test plans, cases, and procedures.
• Document and analyze test cases and provide progress reports.
• Update training documentation and online help for system changes.
• Ensure testing procedures comply with industry standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical interface details.
