Job summary

York Space Systems seeks a Program Scheduler & Analyst to support U.S. government satellite programs and help deliver spacecraft rapidly.

You will build and maintain schedules, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate across engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and operations to keep missions on track. You will partner with Program Managers to drive data-driven decisions, monitor risks, and support budget alignment across the project lifecycle from contract award to on-orbit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related analytical field.
• 3+ years in project or program planning/scheduling within aerospace, defense, high-tech, or similarly fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical aptitude related to spacecraft or aerospace system lifecycles, from design to testing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and schedule analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex challenges and work cross-functionally toward rapid solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyze program schedules across the satellite development lifecycle.
• Integrate inputs from engineering, production, operations, and supply chain into a cohesive plan.
• Conduct schedule health assessments, critical path analysis, and replanning as conditions evolve.
• Track schedule performance using real-time metrics and visualization tools; support program reviews.
• Communicate schedule updates, risks, and insights clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
