Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues and investigate unfamiliar technical problems.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors in time-sensitive operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate backend ground systems, antennas, and related resources with external vendors.
• Provide operational coverage through rotating day, swing, overnight, weekend shifts.
• Monitor system health and telemetry to identify anomalies and determine escalation paths.
• Coordinate with vendors, service owners, and engineering to resolve hardware/software issues.
• Track investigations, maintenance activities, and risks through resolution.
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards for ground system performance.
• Improve operational tools and cloud-based capabilities to strengthen efficiency and readiness.
