Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex satellite mission programs. You will own the technical customer interface and coordinate across ICEYE's engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure on-time execution and high-quality delivery.

The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office, based in Finland or Poland, with travel to customer sites required. A background in engineering and strong V&V experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs in advanced technology environments.
• Ability to own the technical customer interface and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with requirements management, traceability, and configuration control.
• Involvement in system integration, verification and validation planning and execution.
• Strong cross-functional technical coordination across engineering, product, and operations.
• Experience with software packages such as STK, SaVoir, MONTE or GMAT.
• Degree in engineering, systems engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Must be able to obtain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Capture, baselining, and flowing down customer technical requirements to engineering teams.
• Serve as technical authority/interface between customer and ICEYE teams.
• Plan and execute system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Maintain configuration and interface control across satellite, ground, networks, and user interfaces.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and gaps through cross-functional coordination.
• Deliver technical documentation including CONOPS, ICDs, verification matrices, and reports.
