Job summary

Lucix Corporation, based in California, is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineer III to join our Mechanical Engineering team. The position involves owning the complete lifecycle of space hardware from design concept to production and delivery, conducting mechanical analyses to ensure survivability in launch and on-orbit environments, and rapidly prototyping and iterating on designs.

This on-site role offers hands-on development of hardware for satellite communication payloads and opportunities

Qualifications

• Own the complete lifecycle of space hardware from concept to production and delivery.
• Perform mechanical analyses (vibration, thermal, radiation) to ensure launch survivability.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs.

• Perform mechanical analyses (vibration, thermal, radiation) on new product designs to ensure survival to launch and on-orbit environments
