Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. in partnership with Starlink is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists in Sandy, UT. The role involves recommending Starlink internet services to shoppers, building relationships, and acting as the subject matter expert on Starlink products.

You will receive training and have opportunities for advancement in a dynamic retail environment. Pay starts at $20/hr base with up to $2/hr performance bonus, totaling up to $22/hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation and weekend availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
• Be a team player by collaborating with store staff and leaders.
• Submit daily reports using your mobile device.
• Consistent weekend schedule as shifts include Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
