Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialist in Lexington, KY. You will help customers choose Starlink services and explain benefits, while representing the brand in a busy retail environment.

Expect a Friday–Sunday schedule with 16–20 hours weekly and a seasonal term from 7/27/26 to 11/01/26. Competitive pay includes base + performance bonus opportunities and online training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink products to meet needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by acting as the subject matter expert.
• Record daily interactions and sales using mobile tools and submit reports.
