Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, is hiring part-time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists in Goodyear, AZ. Earn $20/hr base plus up to $2/hr performance bonus, with a total potential of $22/hr. Schedule is 16–20 hours weekly (Fri–Sun), dates 7/27/26 to 11/01/26.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• The ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS software or current Android software.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Starlink services to meet internet needs.
• Build trust and confidently recommend Starlink service as the subject matter expert.
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism in-store.
• Hit sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
• Be a team player and share knowledge with store staff.
• Track customer interactions and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile.
• Adhere to a consistent weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday) and high-traffic times.
