Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking an EPS Product Engineer to drive the productization of electrical power systems for satellite missions. You will bridge design and flight hardware with a focus on manufacturability, power budgets, and risk mitigation to enable rapid integration at scale.

The role supports levels 1/2 and requires collaboration with senior technical leads to deliver high-performance EPS architectures and lifecycle improvements for mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 1 year of experience.
• 1+ year of Electrical Power Systems experience.
• 1 year of hands-on PCB/PCBA design experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical subsystem design, analysis, and testing for a satellite
• Develop electrical budgets, solar array sizing, and battery sizing for mission needs
• Identify and resolve grounding issues; integrate MAS requirements
• Break large projects into tasks and delegate to junior engineers
• Review others’ work and provide technical feedback
• Identify, track, and mitigate subsystem risks to meet program objective
