Job summary

Amazon Leo in Washington State is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician II to join multiple shifts. You will perform satellite assembly, integration and testing in cleanroom environments, read engineering drawings, and use precision tools to build high-quality space hardware.

Responsibilities include following procedures, documenting non-conformances, and collaborating with Manufacturing Engineers to drive improvements. Prior manufacturing experience and tool proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• 1+ years with test tools/methods to validate systems.
• Experience reading/interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test satellites in cleanroom/ESD-controlled environments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate MES/SAP systems and document results.
• Perform rigging, harnessing, and precision assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers to drive continuous improvements.
