• 5+ years' experience with RHEL, Ansible and Cisco systems.
• Experience operating and solving issues with SATCOM networks and terminals.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for the BFT2 network, including deployment, testing, documentation, and maintenance.
• Support 24/7 operations and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Contribute to installation, testing, and maintenance of CONUS/OCONUS sites.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to resolve issues across software, hardware, and RF components.
