Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with technical and operational SATCOM.
• Experience with live classroom training.
• Ability to interact, instruct, and mentor junior personnel on SATCOM operations.
• Ability to present and instruct material in a classroom and hands‑on environment.
• Willing to travel up to 25%, including aboard Navy ships.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for Navy SATCOM and EMI topics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor learning solutions for Navy customers.
