Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in Washington, DC is seeking a Systems Engineer to support a government data and voice communications program. You will serve as a maintenance SME and deliver system administration, troubleshooting, and integration across mobile and fixed platforms.

The ideal candidate has a Top Secret/SCI clearance, BS/BA or equivalent experience, 3+ years of related experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years related engineering experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide system engineering input for planning, configuration and implementation of mobile and fixed communications platforms.
• Deliver system admin, troubleshooting and end-user support for LMR/SATCOM and IP-based services.
• Maintain asset visibility and Sustainment for deployed systems.
• Create documentation and SOPs for operations and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver unit personnel training on secure mobile platforms.
