You will serve as the maintenance SME, ensuring rapid issue resolution and professional customer service in a high-security environment. The role covers planning, installation, inventory control, and routine/emergency maintenance on SATCOM, VOIP, radios, and networked IT gear.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI eligibility required.
• BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years related experience.
• Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, configuration, implementation, and installation of mobile and fixed communications platforms.
• Manage inventory control documents and life cycle maintenance schedules.
• Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on SATCOM, VOIP, radios, and data equipment.
• Provide admin, operations support, technical support, and customer support in field environments.
• Receive and configure COMSEC keying material for secure communications equipment.
• Develop solutions for mission requirements including upgrades and augmentations.
• Develop and deliver training seminars on operations and maintenance.
• Document SOPs and system information in manuals/diagrams/reports.
• Assist in logistics for acquisition, receipt, relocation, deployment of equipment.
