TPAPT is seeking motivated SAT Reading/Writing tutors for assignments with high school students in Livingston, NJ and surrounding communities. Tutors provide in-person tutoring at a local learning center, with 60-minute sessions scheduled after school and on weekends.

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is seeking motivated and engaging SAT section specialist tutors for assignments with students in grades 9-12 in Livingston, NJ and surrounding communities.

Company: TPAPT Chapter, Livingston, NJ

Tests: SAT Reading/Writing

Classification: Contract

Compensation: $50-$60/hr

Location of Tutoring: Established Local Learning Center

The Position:

• Provide in-person tutoring to students in grades 9-12
• Tutoring assignments are typically 60 minutes
• Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable
• Tutoring sessions are generally scheduled between 2PM and 8PM EST during the week and between 10am - 4pm on weekend days

• 4-12 hours per week of availability

• Earned Bachelor’s Degree

• At least 2 years of experience tutoring or teaching the Reading / Writing section of the Digital SAT

• Strong past test scores

• Exceptional communication skills

• A passion for helping others learn

• $50-$60/hr. commensurate
