Job summary

TPAPT is seeking motivated SAT Math tutors to work with students in Livingston, NJ, in-person at a local learning center. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of Math SAT tutoring experience, with strong communication skills.

Assignments are typically 60-minute sessions, 4–12 hours per week, scheduled 2PM–8PM EST on weekdays and 10AM–4PM on weekends. Compensation is $50–$60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong past test scores.

Classification: Contract

Compensation: $50-$60/hr

Location of Tutoring: Established Local Learning Center

The Position:

• Provide in-person tutoring to students in grades 9-12

• Tutoring assignments are typically 60 minutes

• Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable

• Tutoring sessions are generally scheduled between 2PM and 8PM EST during the week and between 10am - 4pm on weekend days

• 4-12 hours per week of availability
• Earned Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2 years of experience tutoring or teaching the Math section of the Digital SAT
• Strong past test scores
• Exceptional communication skills
