Job summary

TPAPT is seeking motivated SAT Math tutors to provide in-person instruction for high school students (grades 9-12) at a local learning center in Livingston, NJ.

Assignments are typically 60 minutes, with 4–12 hours per week, scheduled 2 PM–8 PM weekdays and 10 AM–4 PM weekends.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years tutoring or teaching the SAT Math section, strong test scores, excellent communication, and a passion for helping others.

The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring is seeking motivated and engaging SAT section specialist tutors for assignments with students in grades 9-12 in Livingston, NJ and surrounding communities.

Company: TPAPT Chapter, Millburn, NJ

Tests: SAT Math

Classification: Contract

Compensation: $50-$60/hr

Location of Tutoring: Established Local Learning Center

The Position:

• Provide in-person tutoring to students in grades 9-12
• Tutoring assignments are typically 60 minutes
• Tutoring assignments will be regular and reliable
• Tutoring sessions are generally scheduled between 2PM and 8PM EST during the week and between 10am - 4pm on weekend days

• 4-12 hours per week of availability
• Earned Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of experience tutoring or teaching the Math section of the Digital SAT
• Strong past test scores
• Exceptional communication skills
• A passion for helping others learn

• $50-$60/hr. commensurate
