Job summary

Raise is hiring SAT Testing Staff to support SAT administrations at test centers in the San Jose and Long Beach area. Roles include proctoring, technology monitoring, and hall/room supervision.

You’ll learn your campus and test date after availability is confirmed and training is completed. Pay is $25/hour with guaranteed minimums per administration; morning-only and full-day options are offered, with on-site training and paid prep time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable supporting students and following clear procedures.
• Able to stand/walk for 5–6 hours and lift/move desks if needed.

Responsibilities

• Proctor a testing room: verify IDs, guide students, monitor the room and flag issues.
• Technology Monitor: ensure devices are test-ready and troubleshoot basic connectivity.
• Support Monitor: manage room setup, check-in, direct student traffic, and assist with breaks.
