Experis Technology Group is seeking a Financial Application Support Specialist to join an enterprise Compliance Technology team in Chicago, IL. You will bridge technical application engineering and financial compliance operations, serving as the primary L2/L3 resource for core AML platforms including SAS Viya.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical application support within financial services.
Strong SQL capabilities across Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with SAS Viya, SAS Financial Crimes, Actimise, or similar AML platforms.
Knowledge of AML/KYC and sanctions screening workflows.
Ability to diagnose issues and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for central Compliance & AML platforms with focus on SAS Viya.
Write and optimize SQL queries to validate transactions and troubleshoot data pipelines.
Oversee daily batch jobs and data ingestion feeds supporting AML monitoring.
Respond to incidents, manage SLA targets, and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Compliance, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and vendors on patches and releases.
