Job summary

Insight Global in Linthicum, MD is hiring multiple Secret and Top Secret cleared Radar Systems Engineers specializing in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) to support a DoD program.

These engineers will design, develop, integrate, test, and optimize advanced SAR radar capabilities for airborne, maritime, space, or ground platforms, performing modeling, simulations, and trade studies. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Bachelors Degree and 8+ years in Radar, EW, or RF Systems Engineering
• Experience designing SAR radar capabilities for airborne, maritime, space, or ground platforms
• Experience developing radar performance models and waveform trade studies
• Strong SAR image formation algorithm understanding and calibration techniques
• Sensor integration, laboratory, field, and flight testing experience

Insight Global is actively hiring multiple Secret and Top Secret Cleared, Radar Systems Engineers specializing in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) to support the development of next-generation radar sensing, surveillance, and intelligence systems supporting a DoD Program out of Linthicum Maryland.

These engineers will play a critical role in the design, development, integration, testing, and performance optimization of advanced radar capabilities supporting defense, aerospace, and national security missions.

Minimum job requirements include:

• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of Radar, EW, or RF Systems Engineering experience.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and developing advanced SAR radar capabilities for airborne, maritime, space, or ground-based platforms.
• Experience developing radar performance models and conduct trade studies on waveform design, resolution, detection performance, and system architecture.
• Strong understanding of SAR image formation algorithm development, optimization, and performance assessment.
• Experience performing modeling, simulation, and analysis of radar performance against operational scenarios.
• Experience developing and evaluating radar calibration techniques and image quality metrics.
• Participate in sensor integration, laboratory testing, field testing, and flight testing activities.
• Experience analyzing radar data collections and provide performance assessments and recommendations.

Insight Global is hiring Multiple candidates for these openings so exact pay will vary based on a number of factors including depth of knowledge, level of expertise, clearance level, and overall years of experience. However, we anticipate paying 200K - 250K for these openings. We will also be providing a comprehensive benefits package to include Health, Vision, Dental, and 401K benefits.
