Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a SAR Data Exploitation Program Manager to oversee the development of automated target recognition software for moving and stationary objects in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data.

You will lead a team of radar SMEs and machine learning engineers with a strong physics/EE background and proven executive communication skills. The role requires shifting among leadership, technical, communications, and stakeholder tasks, including writing clear, concise proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Familiarity with SAR radar sensing phenomenology and signal processing.
• Proven executive communication skills demonstrated by independently creating compelling written and visual technical content for external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to write technical proposals and assist in business development.
• Proven ability to mentor, provide actionable feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
