Phillips-Medisize in Phillips, WI is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support production schedules and keep inventory accurate. The role emphasizes reliable operations and clear communication with material handlers and planners to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities include SAP-based component checks, forklift operation, preparing finished goods for shipment, coordinating freight with carriers, and driving the interplant company truck when needed.

Formación

• 1+ year in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Component checks and reversals in SAP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Coordinate with customer service, purchasing, planners, and others on inventory and orders.
• Prepare finished goods and paperwork for shipment.
• Arrange freight pickups with carriers and prepare shipments using UPS/FedEx apps.
• Coordinate subcontract shipping between subcontractor, production and purchasing.
• Drive the interplant company truck.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
